For our LAC-Brazil region, we are looking for a Panerai Sales and Marketing Coordinator . This position will report to the Sales Director / Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Commercial and Marketing departments to ensure efficiency on the day to day operations, supply chain, ecommerce and local marketing activities.

This role will require someone with strong communication skills, commercial acumen, be data passionate, and prepared to react and change to a developing trend having outstanding attention to detail



·  Provide sales, and operational support to retailers including order processing, allocation and logistics planning of watches, accessories and promotional material
·  Coordinate effective management of stock levels withsupply central team and model stock replenishment whileaiding local team with accurate product forecasting of sales, planned launches, upcoming marketing campaigns and promotional activity
·  Assist sales manager with monthly analysis reports for the region, including monthly sell-in, sell-out and inventory data within Richemont tools (BI Earth, SAP, NSI, booster)
·  Coordinate suppliers SAP accounts, invoices and payments with  local finances department and track budget database accordingly
·  Coordinate CRC of local Panerai Ecommerce platform (handle inbound calls, e-mails & social media messages giving support to all clients in a timely, professional and engaging manner)
·  Measure e-boutique data proficiently aiming to increase our CRC/CRM conversion rate/ engagement and propose necessary actions to drive traffic and sales across this channel
·  Foster a culture and set the standard of celebrating memorable moments for our clients by leveraging our internal tools (Sales Force, The View etc) with pro-active engagement to enhance our Panerai client portfolio
·  Ensure accuracy of all products uploads, imagery, descriptions, pricing and classifications on local Ecommerce VTEX platform in line with Panerai Global website
·  Assist with the execution of local marketing activations (i.e. store events, POS brand visibility, promotions, online and offline initiatives with retailers monitoring and evaluating results while keeping brand guidelines
·  Coordinate Panerai visual Merchandising with retailers in accordance to brand strategies and distribution needs, ensuring maximum visibility accross the entire region




·  University graduate in business administration, Marketing or equivalent

Technical Skills/Abilities:

·  3-5 years of sales or operational experience in luxury retail industry or Watch & Jewelry industry preferred
·  Strong written and verbal proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
·  Strong computer skills on Word, Excel and Power Point, SAP experience is a plus.
