We are currenty seeking a strong Sales Associate to join our dynamic Selfridges concession.

 

A Chloé sales associate is a Stylist
A Chloé Stylist is passionate, UNIQUE, willing to serve others
A Chloé Stylist is an inspiring fashion specialist the customer can trust

Role Responsibilities

Sales driven by using appropriate sales techniques:

·  Reaching monthly and weekly store targets with the team
·  Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT)
·  Developing cross-selling
·  Knowing RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary

Client oriented by creating an emotional connection with our customers:

·  Bringing to life the Chloé customer experience
·  Developing the client book and updating the customer database
·  Maintaining loyalty to both the boutique and the Brand
·  Reinforcing clientele relationships with consistent follow up
·  Participating in regular call campaigns
·  Vigilant to respect the floor zoning

A responsive co-worker by working hand in hand with the team:

·  Conducting weekly cycle counts and general inventories
·  Abiding by Richemont and Maisons processes and procedures
·  Developing an expertise in one field: product category, Visual Merchandising or Security

 

Brand Ambassador by reaching exceptional standards of excellence:

·  Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products, trends, collections and Chloé Moment trainings
·  Following the Chloé Grooming and attitudes guidelines
·  Working closely with partners (department stores, other boutiques)
·  Fashion forward by making the difference with a unique know-how
·  Offering an inspiring and creative advice to the customer
·  Following and reading latest fashion news

·  A keen ability to clientele and build long lasting customer relationships
