Permanent position based in Geneva

Do you match this profile?

You are dynamic, flexible, communicative and a good listener.

You are passionate about Jewelry, the Maison universe and art craftsmanship.

You are comfortable in a sales environment in boutique in contact with both international and local customers.

You are looking for a team spirit environment focusing its energy on clients’ needs and satisfaction.

You speak fluently in French and English and a third language will be a strong plus.

You have preliminary experience in sales and in the luxury industry.

What do we expect from you?

As a Sales Associate in our boutique, you are the voice of Van Cleef & Arpels for our clients and you build and maintain strong relationships with them.

You are an ambassador of the Maison and you promote its image both internally and externally.

You demonstrate excellent commercial sense and actively participate in the recruitment and development of new clients.

You aim to offer a unique experience to our loyal clients

You convey the refinement, elegance and innovation that inspire the Maison creations.
