Our  SALES ASSISTANTS  are our ambassadors of our unique client experience at the heart of our business.

 

The Cartier Boutique in Zurich is expanding its family and looks for an amazing full-time  SALES ASSISTANT .

 

Our SALES ASSISTANTS are ambassadors for the  unique and tailormade experience  we want to give to our clients. They accompany them through their all journey in the Boutique, ensure they receive a warm welcome and assist the Sales Associates during the selling ceremony.

 

They are key pillars of a multicultural team of almost 30 great personalities. Responsible for the  daily Boutique operations  they take care of our precious creations and manage our stock to make sure it is always in perfect condition and easily accessible.

 

More concretely, you will be in charge of directly assist sales associates prior, during and after the sales process, coordinate various flows and tasks between sales, CS and admin teams. You will participate in the set up and breakdown at opening and closing of the boutique and in the implementation of boutique decoration (VM guidelines). You will finally support preparation of pieces for display, price labelling, price changes while ensuring that the windows, sales tables and counters are in a perfect condition.
