Job description



Directly report to Retail Director to collaborate with Retail management team and all the local Boutiques,

-Support boutiques to understand corporate strategy,

-To implement company policy,

-To ensure Boutiques meet group compliance standards.  

-Be a strategic thinker, proactive & skillful. Liaise with other departments to establish and implement an efficient, systematical, and profitable boutique operation, which includes but not limited by below aspects:

*Improve operations quality and efficiency

*Develop operations projects & tools

*Optimize the internal communication



Overall, in charge of the boutique sales analysis, operations and compliance. Analysis and develop Standard Operational Procedures to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of Retail team and all the Boutiques. Optimize operational costs through cost analysis and centralized purchasing.




·  Key responsibility 1 – Sales Analysis for Retail Performance
·  Overall in charge of daily sales report, retail KPI report, traffic report, boutique staff performance report, competitor report to support business insights
·  In charge of retail performance analysis to support management to identify the SWOT of each boutique and develop targeted action plans
·  Standardize and coach Boutique Managers on Retail reporting and analysis function    
·  Collaborate with Retail Performance international team to optimize sales, reach KPIs, implement programs and promotions
·  Support Boutique Commercial Plan process & strategy in depth analysis and insights


·  Key responsibility 2 – Boutique Operations Quality and Client Centric
·  Create/update Boutique Standard Operation procedure manual based on HQ and local requirements, conduct staff training and periodic meetings/checks (on-site, by con call)
·  Optimizethe Boutique operational procedures based on retail team feedback, daily checks and on-site visits
·  Manage Boutique service-related vendors, renew & filing the corresponding contracts. Centralize the purchase order generation in system and the payment settlement.
·  Centralize Boutique tools (ie. operations, sales, CS related) ordering and payment settlement. Control the yearly spending according to the budget.
·  Manage the uniforms of all Boutique staffs (ordering, distribution, cleaning & maintenance) and control the yearly budget. Ensure grooming standard, and establish the system to monitor the performance.
·  Collaborate with the Retail Operations international team on projects for operational efficiency and client centricity


·  Key responsibility 3 – Manage Boutique Compliance


·  Optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in order to meet both business and compliance requirements 
·  Ensure Boutique daily operation aligned with Brand standard.
·  Plan and Execute boutique audit. Make enquiries with retail staff, conduct onsite stock take tests, examine supporting documents, ensure adequate follow-up
·  Ensure boutique staff have strong compliance sense and know how to protect themselves and brand property
·  Cooperate with Business Support team and RCCL related department in compliance related projects.
·  Communicate with HQ and ensure the relevant project be smoothly accomplished 
·  Assist to other department project if any, and ensure the whole process in compliance.


·  Key responsibility 4  – Support Existing & New related projects implementation in Boutiques

(which includes but not limited by below aspects)

·  The SAP Gemini Project
·  The Kronos Project of Boutique Duty Roster and Attendance Record  
·  The Boutique Incentive Scheme proposal and review
·  The Remote Sales project


·  Key responsibility 5  – Optimize the internal communication
·  Share important information in clear, efficient way, through omni-channel: WeChat, Zoom, Skype dial-in call etc.
·  Build and maintain an internal communication system among all Boutiques
·  Ensure smooth and effective dialogue with the boutiques to improve the daily operations and share the case study of best practice.





Bachelor degree of Economics or Business Administration; MBA a plus




·  Previous experience either in retail operations, business analysis, project management, retail marketing. Luxury retail experience could be an advantage.


Critical Job Related Functional Competencies:

·  Passionate for analysis, operation and project management
·  Fluent / high level of experience with Excel and PPT, overall fluent with digital/mobile technology and Microsoft Office tools; SAP a plus
·  Finds effective ways to communicate and persuade
·  Professional, proactive, and calm when handling challenging situations, open to listening to different points of view to reach consensus and agreement.
·  Committed to achieve the highest standards of working quality
·  Fluent in oral & written English, and Mandarin
·  Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and positive working attitude, attentive to details.
·  Good team player, caring and empathetic attitude 
·  Some domestic travel is required
