Regional Digital Analyst (1-year contract renewable)

Job Summary:
The Digital Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to drive business decisions and digital transformations for our luxury watch and jewelry brands in the APAC region. This role will specialize in contact center operation, customer service, e-commerce and digital/ omni-channel, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
Duration:
1 Year Contract (renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth
· Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction across all online channels
· Analyze website and e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to identify areas for improvement
· Monitor and analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
· Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in digital strategies and initiatives
· Automate reporting flows on digital performance and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making by building dashboards and ETL pipelines
· Prepare monthly presentation for top management with actionable insights
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence and customer experience
· Work with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey across various touchpoints
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
· 2+ years of experience in digital analytics, customer service, e-commerce, or related field
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions
· Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
· Familiar with data visualization tools such as SAC, PowerBI and Tableau
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
· Experience in retail/ eCommerce industry will be preferred
· Knowledge in KNIME, Python is a plus
