Job description

A position of Information System & Communication Intern (100%/) in the Group Product & Trade Compliance Department (GPTC).

As a function-head department, GPTC provides regulatory intelligence, risk assessment, as well as project management and compliance solutions to Richemont Group internal stakeholders (e.g. Maisons, Regions, Group Functions). The department spearheads a functional network of more than 40 Product & Trade Compliance professionals across Group entities. The Information System & Communication intern will support and develop the information systems of the team to enhance our knowledge management and communications .

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will join a growing department of motivated “intrapreneurs” willing to push excellence in their service-level.

During your internship you will support GPTC on various projects and tasks:

·  Product Management on our SharePoint site: enhancements, onboarding of users, support to users, trouble shooting, key-user initiatives (e.g. best practice sharing).
·  User Experience : review the user experience to ease access to knowledge on our SharePoint (explore new functionalities such as AI chatbot, etc.)
·  Asset & Data Infrastructure : challenge and enhance the knowledge management architecture.
·  Data Intelligence : exploit and leverage the data generated by the team to enhance the service level and efficiency of the team.
·  Social Media Management : support the team on communications on our professional social media (Viva Engage), enhance the current process, think about efficiency and standardization measures.
·  Team administrative and reporting support

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  Knowledge of SharePoint
·  Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
·  Familiarity with social media management platforms (e.g., Viva Engage) is a plus.
·  Experience with chatbot development or natural language processing is an advantage.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Strong creativity and design skills. 
·  Self-starter that requires minimal direction. Works well in autonomy. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

·  About to finish or recently graduated from a Master's degree program (preferably obtained from a Swiss/EU, or US/CA University) in Information Systems Management, Digital Communication and Media/Marketing, Business Information Technology, or Digital Transformation.
·  Understanding of database concepts.
·  Coursework or experience in marketing principles and user behavior.
·  Familiarity with content creation and management strategies.
·  Experience with Sharepoint is a plus
·  Excellent oral and written communications skills in French and in English.
