The company operates through its high-performance e-commerce channel and through a network of efficiently run retail stores and showrooms throughout the country. In July 2018, the company was acquired by Compagnie Financière Richemont, which owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with strengths in jewellery, watches and writing instruments.

Since early 2019, Watchfinder has embarked on an exciting expansion strategy around the world. In addition, it is providing new solutions to the new watch retail world, through its watch part-exchange service.

This is an exciting, brand-new position which has become available in our corporate project team. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the overall direction, implementation, execution, control, and completion of strategic and operational projects for Watchfinder globally. 

We are seeking a candidate who can achieve the exceptional by working collaboratively, who have the courage to take initiative and drive decision making across all new global projects.

We're looking for creative problem-solvers like you, someone who can bring a fresh perspective and critical eye to ensure Watchfinder stays ahead in the ever-changing, digital world of new retail.

Key responsibilities:

·  Lead the execution of strategic projects and/or follow-up on their implementation.
·  Take initiative and drive decision making.
·  Identify priorities to allocate project resources accordingly.
·  Actively contribute to a lean communication between the key stakeholders.
·  Present and participate to status updates with the Executive Committee of Watchfinder.
·  Drive change management.
·  Deal and manage projects in a complex environment
·  Monitor deviations and take corrective actions in agreement with sponsor to ensure projects objectives are reached.
·  Organize workshops with key stakeholders of the projects.
·  Provide high-level views on projects and ad hoc topics.
·  Contributing with thoughts and perspectives with various stream leaders to add to the project success.
·  Provide reporting on projects, topics or KPIs in a synthetic and actionable manner.

 

How will you experience success with us?

·  Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement impactful solutions.
·  Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in an international and operational environment. From a consulting/technology/Ecom/Project Management background.
·  Strong Interpersonal and communication oral and written skills, the ability to interact with stakeholders of any level, and ability to work transversally.  
·  Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal guidance.
·  Knowledge of project delivery using a variety of project management tools & methodology.
·  Dynamic and adaptable. Able to thrive in a fast paced, fast changing, and high growth scale-up environment.  
·  Well versed with all Microsoft packages, particularly PowerPoint.
·  Languages: English, French is a plus.

Your Interview Journey

 

1st Stage – After your application has been selected, our Talent team will reach out to you within two weeks to conduct and introductory call

2nd Stage – Video interview with the Head of Strategic Programme Management & Talent Acquisition Manager. A business case will be provided ahead of this interview for you to present in this interview.

3rd Stage - followed by a final interview with our Chief Financial Officer.
