Job description
As a key player in the definition of the product marketing strategy of the Maison, the Product Manager actively collaborates to elaborate the strategy and the structure of the collection.
Key Responsibilities
· Participate in the development strategy of the collection
· Competitors and market trends analysis as well as trends in related sectors.
· Definition of marketing strategy for new product lines and corresponding marketing plan.
· Definition of new products in the existing lines and redaction of marketing briefs.
· Coordinate the product development of his/her collections
· Provide briefs to the Design team and follow-up with the Designers until the validation of drawings.
· Monitor and check the industrial development from the prototyping to the effective launch of the commercial piece.
· Manage his/her collections
· Ensure the follow-up of the collections with the Marketing Business Analyst: analyze monthly performances of existing collections, follow-up the product allocation with the International Sales Management, follow-up the stock and stock cover with Jaeger-LeCoultre Operations team (Supply Chain) as well as the product life cycle within the collections.
· Build and update in collaboration with the Marketing Business Analyst sell-out forecast (existing lines and projects in development).
· Being responsible of product information inputs in the PIM and ensure the exactness of its content.
· Coordinate products launches
· Propose Brand speeches around product launches. Participate to the concept definition and names.
· Participate to Communication/Press Relations/Training briefs.
· Create and follow-up of the complete 360° of communication / media / digital / crm related tools and make sure of their implementation.
· Be part of the commercial strategy definition for products launches and ensure its implementation in collaboration with the International Sales Management team (sell-in and sell-out forecast, implementation quantities, launches quantities).
· In charge of writing the Product News and ID Cards, sales documents of reference when launching a new product.
· Ensure the suitability of pre-defined product environment (certificates, boxes, instructions for use) to the collection and its evolution.
· Coordinate and follow the markets on his/her collections
· Introduce and sponsor the new collections, internally and to an external audience (journalists during Salon de la Haute Horlogerie and other events).
· Regular follow-up of the action plan set for the implementation of his/her collections on the markets.
· Manage transversal projects

· Proficient on Microsoft office pack
· PowerPoint expertise
· Fluency in French and English
· Team-spirited and relational qualities
· Ability to work with other departments
· Pronounced feeling for luxury or watch industry
· Strong team player, analytic thinker, organized and detail-oriented
Education / Profile
· University/Business Schools (Hautes Ecoles)
· 2 years + experience and expertise in similar position
· Previous experiences in Sales and Marketing with an international focus is a plus.
