How will you make an impact?
- Assessing the condition of watches for refurbishment and restoration
- Disassembling watches into their polishable parts to ensure the best possible finished product, while taking efficiency into account for incoming volumes
- Laser filling of any major dents or shape issues. Followed by post laser preparation for polishing
- Polishing, refinishing, and restoring multiple brands and models of watch to their factory finish for sale.
- Partial re-assembly of the polishing work after cleaning.
- Preparing the watch to move onto the next phase of the process, be that mechanical work or quality control.

Interview Process
Intro Call with Talent Team: An introductory call with our in-house talent team to learn more about your skills and experience in more detail.
1st Stage: Interview with our Polishing Manager to learn more about your skills, experience, and motivation for the role at Watchfinder, followed by a Bench Test if required.
Final Stage: Face to Face interview with the Servicing Manager and HR Business Partner.
