Location: Ascot House, 22-24 Albion House, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5DZ

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:30 –

Role Insight

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic and conscientious candidate to join our Service Centre in Maidstone. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for allocating parts to watches, watchmakers and case assemblers when required.You will work within a small team to support all functions of the Service Centre to ensure the smooth running of department.

A strong level of PC literacy is essential along with excellent administrative skills. You must have excellent attention to detail and an exceptional level of accuracy in recording information to avoid disruptions to the department. You are proactive and able to manage your workload effectively. Duties will include, but not limited to:

·  To support the Watchmaking and Case Department with all parts requirements
·  Process and allocating parts to live jobs
·  Selecting and collating all parts from stores
·  Systems administration, assigning work to watchmaking team
·  Monitoring of all components received
·  Liaise with internal departments, sending out watches and parts accordingly
·  Apply a best practice approach to all processes and procedures

·  Outstanding administration/IT skills
·  Conscientious and strive for a zero-error rate with a keen eye for detail
·  Highly organised and capable of managing your own workload
·  The ability to work efficiently & effectively under tight timescales
·  Proactive with the ability to be able to multi-task
·  Strong communication skills
·  Experience of working in a stock management environment would be beneficial
