As our Paralegal you will provide ANTI-COUNTERFEITING services for selected Richemont Maisons with the support and guidance of our Anti-Counterfeiting Advisor. 
Within a team of 24 people, the paralegal group consists of 3 people in Geneva to provide filing, prosecution, maintenance and renewal for the Geneva- based brands.

Your Key responsibilities for this role

·  Maintenance of Maison(s) Customs recordals,
·  Assisting and providing instructions to foreign agents and documentation as necessary in relation to Customs recordals filings, renewals, and keeping internal database updated,
·  Upon seizures notifications from foreign agents, follow up of the cases ensuring that seizures issues are dealt with in a timely manner and so that applicable deadlines are met, 
·  Preparing and managing legal documents for execution and legalization as necessary,
·  Assisting in the establishment and/or the updating of Anti-counterfeiting strategies and providing support to the Anti-counterfeiting Lead Advisor,
·  Assisting Lead Advisor in the establishment of periodical reports on Anti-counterfeiting activities to the Maisons and preparation of related documents/information,
·  Assisting Lead Advisor in the establishment of anti-counterfeiting budgets and providing to foreign agents billing instructions,
·  Processing, monitoring invoices established by foreign agents, using Richemont SAP system (and managing allocated budgets),
·  Regular contacts with different foreign external agents/service providers as well as various contacts within selected Maisons (marketing, creation and manufacture of the selected Maison(s) teams),

Your key challenges for this role

·  Multi-tasking, and managing numerous deadlines; keeping the IP database updated, 
·  Managing the budget for the concerned activities, providing useful reports for the IP Advisors and the Maisons

Your profile for the role

·  Bachelor in Law with IP knowledge minimum requirement,
·  Perfect command of English and French, both spoken and written,
·  A minimum of 2 years’ experience post study in a Legal Assistant role or Paralegal role, 
·  Previous experience in the IP function highly regarded, 
·  Good command of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
·  Ability to quickly learn internal systems in place (data management) 
·  Good team spirit, someone who is flexible and eager to learn but can also work autonomously, 

 

This role may require some travel within Europe.
