CONTEXT
Are you ready to immerse yourself in the dynamic and multifaceted world of omnichannel operations within the luxury sector?
We are currently looking for an Omnichannel Operations intern , for a 6 months internship starting in September.
As an Omnichannel Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Operations team, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless and efficient operations across our business.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with our boutiques , gaining hands-on experience in how we communicate with them, though a continuous improvement approach. It's an invaluable chance to discover all aspects of luxury in an omnichannel dynamics while supporting the broader Operations team. You will contribute to our mission of excellence in service and operations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Coordination and Support
Support for Boutique Order Form:
· Assist in the management of order forms for boutiques, ensuring accurate and timely order processing
Daily Operations support with boutiques on non-sellable stock material
Retail OS 360 Support:
· Provide support in the use and optimization of Retail OS systems, including troubleshooting and user guidance
System and process coordination
· Coordinate Key User testing sessions for different App implementations and updates, ensuring thorough testing and feedback collection
Administrative Support
Maintenance and Distribution of Boutique Opening Hours:
· Manage and communicate the operating hours for all retail locations, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
Management and Dissemination of Contact Lists:
· Maintain and update contact lists for various teams and departments, ensuring accurate communication channels
Calendar Management for Birthdays:
· Organize and maintain a calendar for birthdays, coordinating with the team to ensure timely celebrations
Global Calendar:
· Maintain and update the global calendar for the office on Operations activities
General Organizational Support
Provide versatile organizational support as needed, including assisting in various presentations and omnichannel projects like uniforms and the Operations Sharepoint
YOUR PROFILE:
· Currently enrolled in Bachelor or a Master’s degree in business, Hospitality or equivalent
· Able to provide an internship agreement (mandatory)
· Structured and organized
· Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel
· Excellent collaborative & organization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Fluent in English, French is a plus
· Team player with excellent communication skills
· A previous experience in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
