Mission
As Omnichannel IT project Manager, you will manage and participate in omnichannel projects (CRM, e-commerce, market place, digital, etc.) and act as the reference for CRM and e-commerce solutions, in terms of technical, functional and data architecture.
Main Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities as Omnichannel IT Project Manager will include :
Projetcs

Re-identify and write functional specifications based on business needs
·
Organise and manage workshops
·
Manage development with internal and external partners
·
Organise and monitor acceptance phases
·
Manage the deployment phase
·
Manage change management
·
Keeping an inventory of projects and their state of progress, and raising the alarm in the event of deviation
Evolution
·
Welcoming requests for career development
·
Analysing, estimating (planning, costs, charges) and prioritising requests
·
Manage developments with dedicated partners
Support
· Organise support for internal and external applications and applications supplied by the Group
· Capitalising on and issuing the necessary documentation

Your Profile
· A Master's degree or equivalent
· At least 10 years of successful experience in a similar position or aor in the implementation of digital solutions with a strong knowledge of our luxury business sector
· Excellent knowledge of omnichannel solutions i.e. e-commerce platforms, clientelling management such as Sales Force, SAP CRM, Retail Pro and payment solutions
· Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit, ability to circulate information and work in different environments
· Dynamism, organisation, rigour and management of priorities
· Analytical and problem- solving skills
· Flexibility, curiosity and open-mindedness
· Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
