dunhill – Global Market Merchandiser
(Permanent – Full Time)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
· Support Merchandising Director and Head of Market Merchandising in the buying campaigns across all product categories to ensure buy is in line with OTB plan
· Coordinate all the Pre and post Buy activities on the Anaplan Retail Buy tool with input from regional merchandisers to ensure that all the necessary KPI are populated
· Ownership of seasonal range plans: lease with product merchandisers to ensure documentations are kept up to date and both RT and WS buys are correctly recorded and shared with production team
· Definition of Set up qty by region and store for planned seasonal launches adjusting qty by market based on production latest updates
· Coordinate the Seasonal launches with Logistic team and define prioritization plan in case of any production issue or delay
· Regularly review in season floor set performances to highlight trends and propose stock consolidation to drive products sell thru and maximise the inventory availability by market
· Compile season analysis on prior collections performance reviewing all KPIs in view of precommitment and buying sessions: sales and stock, sell through, ROS, styles and regional productivity, margin
· Develop and maintain a dynamic communication flow with Logistic and Production teams to ensure full alignment is maintained at all time following Fabric precommitment sessions, buy campaigns and when novelties launches are due
· Producing weekly/monthly reporting packs and any required ad hoc analysis in view of monthly meeting schedules: QBR, inventory meeting and Business Strategy Review
· Support any ad hoc project related to merchandising activities
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· Numerate, accurate with sound analytical skills
· Ability to present information and ideas clearly
· Ability to work in a team environment and cross functionally (Essential)
· Self-motivated (Essential)
· Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Strong commercial skills
· Knowledge of luxury market
· Multi-region / market exposure and experience
