How will you make an impact?
- You will be responsible for managing all outbound and inbound shipments to and from the HQ. Including opening, packing, and booking in stock
- Controlling for accuracy of our internal management systems and ensuring operational compliance
- Carry out conditions and other basics checks on watches
- Process stock requests from boutiques
- Use your attention to detail by identifying any potential problems or delays
- Supporting other key department within the business such us the Aftercare department, Servicing, Sale and Purchasing team

- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Strong time management skills, working to tight and demanding deadlines
- The ability to problem solves, think on your feet and come up with solutions
- Proven experience in working as part of a team
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and somebody willing to learn
- Methodical and process driven in mindset and approach
- Ability to communicate effectively within your direct team but also other internal departments within the business

1st Stage: MS Teams Interview with our Logistics Manager to learn more about your skills, experience, and motivation for the role at Watchfinder.
Final Stage: Face to Face interview with the Logistics Manager and HR Business Partner.
