How will you make an impact?

• You will be responsible for managing all outbound and inbound shipments to and from the HQ. Including opening, packing, and booking in stock
• Controlling for accuracy of our internal management systems and ensuring operational compliance
• Carry out conditions and other basics checks on watches
• Process stock requests from boutiques
• Use your attention to detail by identifying any potential problems or delays
• Supporting other key department within the business such us the Aftercare department, Servicing, Sale and Purchasing team

• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload
• Strong time management skills, working to tight and demanding deadlines
• The ability to problem solves, think on your feet and come up with solutions
• Proven experience in working as part of a team
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and somebody willing to learn
• Methodical and process driven in mindset and approach
• Ability to communicate effectively within your direct team but also other internal departments within the business

1st Stage: MS Teams Interview with our Logistics Manager to learn more about your skills, experience, and motivation for the role at Watchfinder.

Final Stage: Face to Face interview with the Logistics Manager and HR Business Partner.
