YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HR Operations and Payroll:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
    • Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and termination letters
    • Process HR-related invoices and expense reports
    • Assist with data entry and ensure data integrity across HR systems
    • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and changes
    • Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data and documentation
  • HR Proximity:
    • Support HR team members in addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment
  • Employee Relations:
    • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction
    • Assist in organizing company events, recognition programs, and wellness activities
    • Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement in the employee journey
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
  • 0-2 years of experience in a human resources role or relevant internship experience;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion;
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
