YOUR MISSION:
Responsible for the commercial animation of an area / region within a market. He/she actively participates to the definition of the Retail strategy within the region and ensures an efficient implementation in all boutiques.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Oversee daily operations of a medium to large retail store, ensuring achievement of sales performance goals across front end, back end, and sales floor.
- Lead a team of sales advisors, providing guidance and support to meet customer needs and drive sales of standard products and services.
- Establish and enforce customer service standards, managing a significant customer service team to resolve complex and high-value issues.
- Supervise team members within established operational systems, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory codes.
- Utilize expertise to identify and present complex standard products and services that meet customer needs, negotiating terms with senior colleagues when necessary.
- Communicate and implement the function's strategy and business plan, aligning team efforts with the broader organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Develop and manage work schedules to meet planned commitments, approving overtime or additional resources as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes, ensuring team adherence and addressing noncompliance issues.
- Develop and monitor procedures within the organization, ensuring effective implementation.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of a diverse team, setting performance objectives and taking corrective action to achieve goals.
- Identify and address individual development needs within the team, planning and implementing actions to build capabilities.
- Provide training and coaching to enhance performance and personal potential across the organization.
- Deliver and manage budgets for specific areas, conducting complex analyses to track progress and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Extensive experience in retail management, capable of handling diverse situations and providing expert advice.
- Proven experience in planning and managing resources to achieve objectives set by senior management.
