We are searching for an inspiring and engaging global retail trainer, with great communication skills and the ability to motivate others, to join our team here at the Watchfinder.

In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to develop, implement, and maintain the retail sales training strategy for Watchfinder, as well as identifying future needs and developing solutions with the purpose of nurturing excellence throughout the network and supporting business performance.

 

How will you make an impact?

 

·  Where applicable, design and deliver a high-impact training across customer experience, sales ceremony, and negotiation techniques to new and existing staff to drive uniformity across Watchfinder populations.  
·  Ensure high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs, improving learner experience and accelerate performance.
·  Manage the coordination and administration of global training retail including scheduling, booking and evaluation of training, recording attendance and reporting.
·  Work to improve and constantly review our sales process both in store and via phone/email to ensure that conversion is constantly improving.
·  Evaluating the effectiveness of the training by obtaining feedback from commercial data.  
·  Involvement with training of boutique staff throughout their employment, working with retail managers across retail to come up with solution for training needs for their teams
·  Be able to understand the strategic business directions of the company, implement training measures and design programs to address those needs for the future operation and expansion.
·  Deliver workshop-style training in-store, classroom and virtually.
·  Build key relationships with L&D & training professionals across the Richemont Group to leverage further resources that could be implemented within Watchfinder.
·  Communicate and coordinate and important training projects at an international level to drive engagement and session uptakes.

 

How will you experience success with us?

·  Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in a retail training and development environment for a leading company, not necessarily from a “luxury” background but experience with a structured sales process and brand 
·  Strong Project Management skills
·  Prior experience of creating and facilitation retail training programmes.
·  You will have the ability to design/develop and deliver informal and formal learning solutions
·  Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with different levels across the organisation.
·  Prior experience of designing and creation of Digital eLearning content
·  Ability to thrive within and enjoy an ambiguous ever-changing environment
·  Ideally need to have knowledge of pre-owned and/or part exchange industries within the luxury or automotive industry.

2nd Stage  – Video interview with the Head of Domains & Operations + Another team member. If successful, you will then be sent a brief to present back at final interview.

3rd Stage –  Final Interview with the Head of Domains and Chief Commercial Officer & HR Representative.
