dunhill – Global Learning & Development and HR Projects Administrator

(1 Year Fixed Term Contract)




Reporting to the Global Human Resources Director, this position will be working across for four key areas: learning business needs, digital training content development,internal communication (platform intranet design, creation of content across multiple areas and sharing) and will assist and offer support on HR Projects (linked to engagement and people experience).  

Drive a Learning Culture Globally:

·  Support learning projects that require significant innovation to deploy, acting as the subject matter expert sharing advice and expertise as necessary
·  Work to maintain the global L&D strategy that sets out the workforce capabilities, skills and competencies the organisation needs, and how they can be developed to ensure a sustainable, successful organisation
·  Facilitate and manage the onboarding tool
·  Promote global social learning within the organisation
·  Increase social and informal learning solutions and incorporate into learning design
·  Deliver workshop-style training in both the classroom (on-site) and virtually and create content as needed
·  Communicate and guide access to programs; ensure key stakeholder understanding of the investment and impact of learning programs
·  Enable data and insights to improve learner experience and accelerate performance
·  Ensure high quality, consistent and innovative approaches for delivering programs
·  Support local HR UK to define and implement H&S training

Design & Implement Global Blended Learning Solutions:

·  Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design the learning experience and performance outcome and then work has a developer to architect the user experience and create the learning material. By using and keeping abreast of the latest authoring tools, technologies and methodologies and testing and quality assurance
·  Report back to the business using comprehensive set of analytics to measure learning, effectiveness and impact, designing and define KPIs and ROI for all the global blended learning solutions
·  Be a point of contact and expert of LMS, design, implement, improve and administrate the Learning Management System, creating and developing a global strategy for #NeverStopLearning
·  Improve and implement programs and activities globally to drive and retain user engagement
·  Coordinate and implement the learning content operationally on the #NeverStopLearning - classroom events and sessions; assign learning content to every learner in scope; evaluation, send communication emails and announcements; run reports
·  Create, develop and implement projects to drive dunhill content within the platform – be the key user and expert of the different tools to create and upload content – Articulate and others
·  Coordinate with different markets and stakeholders to support, develop and promote #NeverStopLearning engagement
·  Support HR department and business owners on monitoring and reporting compliance training

Drive Internal Communications Globally:

·  Work with contributors from Richemont to brand, across the business to develop and deliver new content regularly
·  Collaborate with multiple business areas to share internal news. From Marketing team to HR, producing and promoting the content
·  Work with teams to identify communications needs and opportunities, and advise on messaging, channels, outputs and evaluation of outcome
·  Ensure maximum receptivity and engagement across the organisation using Intranet and available digital tools
·  Produce and or schedule digital content in the brand and group intranet. Promoting brand internal awareness
·  Be the internal communication expert within the brand

Follow HR Projects:

·  Working within project plan, coordinate, monitor and drive project activities, manage project risks, timelines and resources and take corrective actions when necessary
·  Facilitate effective collaboration of project contributors to deliver efficient and timely projects
·  Evaluate and close project, identify and analyse lessons learned, archive project documents and hand over project to functional owners

Support the Central Retail Team:

·  Monitor existing training programmes, scheduling training programmes, coordinate delegates, assess results and implement enhancements where needed
·  Where required, source and advise others on external training providers to meet identified needs, time scales and budgets
·  Monitor external training provision and ensure that a quality product is delivered to specification, give feedback and maintain relationships
·  Manage administrative support in terms of: raising POs, following up on payments and liaising with course and venue providers



·  Good project management skills to lead and structure thinking and work, ability to multitask
·  Creativity in the production of solutions, content and material
·  Strong and efficient organizational and administrative skills
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Have strong integrity and fairness in dealing with people
·  Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written
·  Strong influencing capabilities and good active listening skills
·  High level of flexibility, energy and commitment
·  Proactive with ability to juggle many tasks
·  High level of discretion and confidentiality

Very strong skills and mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook, CMS, editing tools and production
