Job description



Reporting to the Head of MKT and following the regional events strategy, the Event Coordinator manages the events organization, according to the international guidelines, budget constraints and market specificities.

The Event Coordinator will:


·  Execute Regional Event strategiesfrom concept development, to implementation, to carrying out post event report / follow up - within budget and timing required by Head of MKT;


·  Manage Events mkt operations:annual events calendar, brief and presentations for the creative agency, coordinate the events program in every specific aspects


·  Collaborate with HQ and Head of mkt for big projects (regional events/platforms) from ideation to post-event reporting: request of guidelines, validation of creative concept, borrow of materials, sending of post-event reports


·  Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the event through mail and feedback sessions with all the team members involved in the event.




The CRM Coordinator will support the Region in driving client acquisition and loyalty. He/she will mainly coordinate the day-to-day running of Client loyalty programs, manages CRM tools and focus on high potential clients knowledge and upgrade. 

The CRM Coordinator will:


·  Work closely with Boutiques and Retailers to develop adapted Client strategies, journeys and tools.


·  Be resposible of CRM Client Treatments:he/she will collaborate with Btq mangers for client activities planning in selecting most accurate clients and to plan client treatments, ensures their follow up, in order to engage more high-end clients and create unique and personalized touch


·  Manage loyalty programs & client acquisition operations and plans in the regional strategic CRM projects: goal program, product opportunity list. Shares results and best practices, monitors ROI 


·  CRM Key user, managing salesforce database for the region in collaboration with Hq Crm department




·  Degree humanistic or economic
·  Very Good level English, both verbal and written, others European languages are a plus
·  Mastery of Microsoft Office programs, especially Power Point and Excel
·  Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP CRM) is a plus



·  Strong planning, multitasking and project management skills.
·  Self-starter, takes initiative and responsible personality
·  Strong interpersonal communication skills
·  Highly analytical, with ability to generate business insights from analytics related data.
