Reporting to the E-business manager based in HQ, the Europe E-Business Specialist supports the operational excellence and commercial performance of Piaget’s e-commerce activities across European markets. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, proposing new ideas to drive best practices and optimum processes,  collaborating with the client relationship center, supporting CRM-driven lead-to-boutique initiatives across European markets, and overseeing the operational management of e-tailers.

You will make an impact by:

1. E-Commerce Operations Management
Oversee daily e-commerce operations (order management, fulfillment coordination, returns, payment monitoring, fraud checks)
Monitor website performance, stock availability, and product launches in coordination with HQ and local teams
Identify process improvement opportunities & coordinate with various stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Key user for testing on technical improvement rollout
Review Europe online content and propose new ideas (assortment, merchandising, new opening)
2. Client Relationship Center (CRC) Management
Act as Piaget’s point of contact for CRC team
Collaborate with group stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, client satisfaction
Deliver Piaget maison-specific trainings to ambassadors
Liaise among HQ, European markets, and CRC teams for client engagement & lead-to-boutique initiatives
3. E-tailer Operations Management:
Coordinate product assortment upload, stock shipment etc. with e-tailers
Monitor sell-through, stock rotation, and inventory
Train e-tailers on group-specific digital tools for sell-out declaration, client data capture etc.
4. Global Ecom / CRC pilot:
Collaborate with HQ teams to be the test ground for global Ecom / CRC initiatives
Document, maintain, train and follow-on worldwide E-Commerce processes towards all relevant teams
Act as the change agent to support the initiative roll-out with globally
5. Depending on the needs of the organization and the workload, the Company may ask the Employee to carry out other obligations or tasks provided these remain consistent with his/her skills and qualifications

Your profile:

· Bachelor or Master degree with 3 - 5 years experience in E-business/E-commerce/ retail / logistics / CRM
· Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and / or other similar systems
· Excellent stakeholder management skills across markets and functions.
· Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
· Highly autonomous, entrepreneur-minded, sales-driven,  and solution-oriented
· Proactive, innovative, curious, result-oriented and agile
· Fluent in English and French, additional European languages are a plus
