Reporting directly to Assistant Manager of Email Marketing, the Coordinator of Email Marketing will assist, support, and coordinate all email activations, campaign management and post campaign analysis. 


Key Responsibilities

·  Accountable for maintaining the Email process - Email creative development, Briefing and communication with the CRM agency, assist in HTML coding, quality assurance, deployment scheduling and analysis.
·  Responsible for reviewing and updating all email HTML coding including core metrics GA/URL tracking updates, proof/message creation, testing and deployment.
·  Coordinate and support email activations and campaigns. Assist with updating and communicate email planning calendar to respective key-stakeholders both in NA & HQ, ensuring alignment with Media campaigns and major Corporate initiatives
·  Partner with Manager to develop and execute test plans for key email components. Further drill down into segmentation and analysis of performance of emails. Proofing and confirmation of website landing pages prior to email campaign deployment
·  Assist with the coordination, compilation and the providing of results for monthly performance dashboard as well as support with extraction, formatting, and upload of data files to corresponding email activations 





·  Bachelor’s degree required; a background in marketing, consumer behavior or analysis is preferred.


Required Experience

·  Minimum of 2-3 years prior experience with project coordination, campaign management and/or email marketing experience is preferred.


Technical Skills/Abilities

·  Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) is required.
·  Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a plus
·  Some experienced in email setup/coding (HTML, SQL) preferred.
·  Ability and interest to learn and apply new software and programs.
·  Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and follow up skills are required.

·  Team player with initiative, strong attention to detail, time management and problem- solving skills needed.
·  Ability to multi-task, adapt to a quickly changing environment and operate with tight timelines.
