E-Business Intern - 6 months Internship

Job description
We are looking for someone who wants to lead the change to build a best-in-class online experience for our Maison through engagement, conversion and satisfaction.
Someone who has this inner fire to make online experience a #1 priority. Someone who wants to grow his project management skills while getting involved on operations to make the magic happen. Someone who is excited to talk engagement, conversion, authoring, content, data, and insights all at the same time.
You will be in charge of our data insights, e-commerce activation and dashboarding, acting as the go-to lead to ensure everything is accurately tracked and analyzed to build a culture of continuous incremental improvements.
You will the reporting to the Ebusiness Manager.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Ebusiness and activations
·
Own and lead weekly ebusiness report; propose improvements, liaise with Group to make necessary changes
·
Lead monthly digital cockpit for ebusiness with insights on why KPIs are evolving from one way or another with main takeaways
·
Lead editorial calendar (website, virtual showcase) to provide a seamless experience on our website with clear customers journeys and messaging that resonates with the Maison; implement those activations and contents on site
·
Develop monthly report for digital cockpit on how customers are exposed to pre/post purchase services (chat, customer care, etc.), events, masterclasses, exhibitions, reasons to shop in their online journey in partnership with Webmaster
·
Manage incidents and requests from markets while optimizing processes to lower volumes in collaboration with Ebusiness Manager and Ecommerce Product Manager Benchmark online experience from competitors and similar industries; analyze flow on our own flagship and propose new ways to improve experience back by data
·
Develop report on how visitors are interacting with CRC online; deep dive on the impact on calls / emails / chat from traffic
·
Build and implement checkout monitoring and onsite search optimization processes
·
Benchmark experience and conversion enablers from competition and other industries (boxing and gifting, enhanced PDPs, CLPs, etc.)
·
Media acceleration and owned channels
·
Lead reporting efforts with Richemont and media team to accelerate on obtaining a 360 view of all placements and their results
·
Analyze effects from paid media on flagship site (discovery, engagement, conversion)
·
Develop monitoring systems for paid channels (loading time, bounce, lower volumes than usual on traffic)
·
Liaise with Emerchandiser to ensure customer journeys are optimal for paid media; make recommendations on how to improve them
·
Create and lead postmortem after each activation on site in collaboration with Webmaster and Emerchandiser on customer journeys, engagement, and sales, most specifically from paid media and CRM
·
Change management and housekeeping
·
Across internal and external stakeholders, ignite an agile, positive, client focused and solution-oriented mindset; foster collaboration (360 meetings, etc.)
·
Embody and provoke omnichannel vision while protecting the ECOM business
·
Ensure data science folder on common is structured and up to date
WHAT ABOUT YOU?

You have experience in managing editorial calendars and implementing contents on a CMS
·
You have a sound understanding of project management (timelines, etc.)
·
You desire to ignite a positive and solution-oriented mindset to serve our clients

Curious, enterprising, meticulous, goes against the status quo, autonomous mindset, ownership spirit
·
Bilingual French and English
·
Experience in analytics and tools such as ContentSquare, Looker, Google Analytics will be considered an asset
