Working Hours:  Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:30pm

Role Insight

Our busy dispatch team are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Office Assistant to join us on a temporary basis. The principle responsibility will be managing deliveries to and from the office which are critical to the smooth operation of the company.

 

Duties will include, but not limited to:

·  Manage the deliveries to and from the building, including the careful handling of goods, administration and paperwork.
·  Ensure the status of all watches dispatched is up-to-date on our internal management system.
·  Packaging and unpackaging of goods
·  Act as an integral part of our quality control process.
·  Liaise with members of staff/customers to keep them up to date with due dates, delays etc.
·  Identify and deal proactively with any delays or problems that may arise.

 

About you…

·  Excellent organizational skills.
·  Have an excellent eye for detail.
·  Able to communicate effectively over the phone and email.
·  Vigilant, ability to identify problems before they arise, so they can be dealt with in a quick and professional manner as to not delay customers being updated
·  Able to multi-task and enjoy working within a busy environment.
·  Able to follow processes and procedures.
·  Experience in a dispatch and / or a customer services environment would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
