Job description

MAIN PURPOSE

 

Manage customers and final consumers’ requests regarding the after-sales service of all group’s brands.

Manage and sort the correspondence of the address dedicated to the after-sales service.

Supporting internal colleagues and other functions of the RCS for the correct repair process.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Customer contact

Respond to telephone and written requests from customers, managing them as quickly as possible while providing all the necessary information (within 24 hours).

Manage all types of customer and customer service issues.

 

Estimates

Process the acceptances / refusals of the issued estimates on a daily basis, transferring the repairs in the correct condition (8.30 / 12.30 / 15.30)

 

Stationery

Manage stationery requests and stock for the RCS department.

 

Backup

Be supportive to colleagues and respond to them in the event of their temporary or prolonged absence.

 

 

Manage the e-mail address dedicated to customer service and answer / sort requests (within 24 hours).

Italian mother tongue, fluent English; knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus
