The position will be based out of the Madison Flagship boutique and report to the Madison Boutique manager. The CRM/CX coordinator will be responsible to support the Madison team in the execution of daily client relationship management as well as the client treatment for special events and activations.  



Track and monitor CRM KPI in collaboration with corporate CRM manager.

Support BTQ team in CRM task, organization of CRM & clienteling activaties.

Support in event organization: Invites, calls, coordination with vendors.

Support with outreach and clienteling campaigns: outreach lists, reporting, follow up etc.

Responsible for CRM BTQ reporting: ROI monitoring, attendance recording, post event campaigns.

Support the sales floor when needed acting as a host, serving beverages and managing wait times.



Bachelor’s degree preferred

Technical Skills/Abilities:

Proficiency of PC skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Luxury or retail experience a plus

Personal Skills:

Very strong organizational skills

Strong analytical skills, responsible, detail oriented

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Client-centric mindset

Effective telephone skills

Team oriented
