Client Development Analyst

Job description

The Client Development Analyst will conduct and support the Client Development department with reporting, clienteling, client insight analysis database management and special projects

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·  Support all areas of Client Development including performance analysis and ROI  
·  Deliver customer-centric analysis and insights to further understand the success of Client Development initiatives
·  Build reports that assist the network with their client development activation plans, client data capture, prioritizing the Maison’s programs and activities
·  Support all aspects of Electronic Data Capture Card including functionalities, enhancements, testing and reporting
·  Become the local expert in Client data analysis Predictive Analysis and develop predictive analysis models for Cartier North America
·  Help to establish a framework for sharing analysis and for receiving feedback from boutiques and commercial leadership.
·  Assist with ad hoc client lists for the network and incorporating them into the clienteling tool
·  Extract, format and provide client data files to Media team to execute mailing project plans
·  Responsible for client information and data cleansing updates (including client merges, deduplication reports and data capture initiatives)
·  Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education

·  Bachelor's degree, MBA Preferred in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Data Science and Analytics or related field

 

Required Experience

·  3-4 years’ experience in CRM - possess a thorough understanding of luxury client and purchasing behaviours across different channels
·  Salesforce experience preferred in Marketing and Service Clouds or other knowledge of CRM systems

 

Technical Skills/Abilities

·  Expert level in Excel
·  PowerBI Proficient

 

Personal Skills

·  Highly committed to meeting the needs of internal and external clients
·  Strong organizational and project management skills
