Within the Store Visual Merchandising team, the Store Opening & VM Project Manager is one of the Visual Merchandising referents for new/renovation/extension Cartier store openings (RETAIL and SPECIALISTS) in collaboration with the Store Design Planning Department.
You will report to the Store Opening & Atmosphere Head of Visual Merchandising.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up on the Openings/renovation Boutiques on the North Asian (China, HKG, Korea, Taiwan) and South East Asian & Oceania Markets (Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam)
- Work closely with SDP (Store Design Planning) on opening and renovation projects
- Give a Visual Merchandising input on zoning, customer flow, universes in store with the support of the Head of Visual Merchandising Manager (Brief, sketches, final layouts, elevations, 3Ds ..)
- Make sure to integrate the right zoning for each Boutique Projects in accordance with the VM strategy
- Work on transversality with other HQ Visual Merchandising stakeholders
- Work closely with markets and country local Visual Merchandising team to make sure zoning & furniture are adapted to product needs and local specificities
- Follow up on specific retrofit
Follow up on Developments (Furniture, Props, from Brief definition to prototype adjustments, and roll out follow up in Boutiques)
Transversal Projects
- Apply & Integration follow up on specific projects according to the Maison strategy
Collaboration & Relation between HQ & Markets
- Develop close relations on store projects with local markets to facilitate the link between central and markets
- Push local initiatives when they are in line with the VM central strategy
Your Profile:
- You have a degree in an Architectural School and/or Design or business school?
- You have already a first professional experience?
- You have the ability to drive projects, you are structured and organized?
- You know how to work in an international environment?
- You have strong communication skills?
- You have architecture/design knowledge and the ability to read a floorplan?
- You know how to use Suite Adobe?
- You are image driven with an aesthetic eye; you have sense of composition and space?
- You are creative, curious and team player?
