MAIN MISSIONS
Contribute to High Jewelry business development & sales growth, through the followings:
· Support sales activity for BTQ staffs by efficiently supervising HJ stock and providing accurate/effective information.
· Define, implement and communicate about Strategy on HJ business to various stakeholders
· [Transversal] Facilitate interaction amongst local, regional & central HJ stakeholders to enhance smooth operations, reciprocal support, high commitment and team spirit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibility 1: Supervise High Jewelry Products Operations
Handle efficiently HJ stock management (consigned & purchased stock) supported by HJ & FJ coordinators, in order to maximize both OTC & non-OTC sales.
· Monitoring stock status in local network as well as retail price (WWP & local price)
· Coordinating and responding to inquiries from BTQ staffs, call centre, and other dept.
· Supervising stock transfers between BTQs under HJ manager guidance
· Arrangement of HJ product news and stock information
· Regularly updating & issuing HJ local stock information
· Proofreading the translation of English product news into Japanese with third party
· Cooperating with MD for occasional sales event, BTQ opening and PR activity
· Handling the product caption creation occasionally for sales event cooperated with VMD, ESP, and IM
· Handling product information into iPAD for BTQ staff use
*Product Scope: High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, Tradition, HJ Special Order, HJ Objects
Key responsibility 2: Definition, implementation and communication of the HJ business strategy
Participate in the definition, implementation and communication of the HJ business strategy through:
· Proposal of key business initiatives to maximize HJ sales in OTC/non-OTC in line with HJ sales target ( budget, clients recruitment, Average Sales Price, inventory target)
· Strategic & operational document creation to be shared to key HJ stakeholders (ie. Annual budget MTG presentation, monthly Regional meetings,… )
· Competitor’sanalysis and market insights (Price, products, events, …)
· Activity & salesreporting to Region on a weekly basis + invoicing follow up with local retail teams
Key responsibility 3: Lead key OTC and non-OTC events for HJ
Lead and proactively drive key HJ related events in 3 below dimensions:
· Product: negotiate and follow up on consigned pieces package with HQ, based on sales and clear understanding of Japan needs (market potential + staff requests) as well as being the referent for product info on-site (product info and pieces manipulation)
· Event planning: handle overall schedule, negotiate PV slots & allocations, update event dashboards, …
· Event operations: supervise safe operations, runner trainings, Ipad updates along with HJ team
Key responsibility 4: Development of local HJ sales talents
Collaborate with Retail and L&D department, in order to develop sales talents in RTL network, such as:
· Organisation of local HJ expert meetings – preparation of agenda, materials, product manipulation and logistics
· Developing HJ training programme in collaboration with L&D department and the regional team
· Monitoring of sales and information ‘feeding ‘for the local HJ experts community
· In line with the HQ guideline, providing assistance in relation to the sales talent for future programme
