MAIN PURPOSE

This VIP Treatment & Experience Senior Planner position is in charge of planning and organizing VIP Treatment & Experience during their attendance at Events both inside and outside boutiques. Whole work is dedicated to create highly qualitative “Cartier experience” among clients, influencers, and partners.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1 :  VIP Customer Treatment planning at VIP events

 

Under the objectives of the VIP events, give a direction to establish a dedicated VIP Services Concierge desk which will consistently elevate guest satisfaction by delivering exquisite service and creating memorable experiences for high end clients at every opportunity.

·  Design VIP experiences during their attendance at events such as dining, hotel, entertainment, transportation, and special activities
·  Ensure seamless coordination with other departments, boutique staff and external suppliers and play a critical role in the smooth interface and efficient communications between all related departments including HQ
·  Budget management and ensuring payments

 

Key responsibility 2 :  Exclusive Activities/Programs creations

Under the objectives of the VIP events, plan and create exclusive Activities/Programs by delivering exclusive and memorable experiences for high end clients

-      Create Exclusive events and its execution at boutiques or outside of boutiques

·  Elevate opportunities of physical and digital experiences for VIPs
·  Creation of bespoke experiences and tailormade services for different type and size of events
·  Budget management and monitoring for the selected agencies (experience, logistics, hospitality.)

 

Key responsibility 3 :  VIP Exclusive Tours Planning and execution

Create and execute Local and International Tours for VIPs by offering One & Only program for VIPs

·  Internal High Jewellery event attendance coordination with HQ Team
·  Create tailor-made program and experience to meet client satisfaction
·  Plan a tour schedule and its logistic coordination

 

 

 

 

Req uirements

·  Have worked within an Event Managerial role for a minimum of 3 years, with extensive operational experience
·  Prefer to work a 5* hotel or VIP concierge desk service
·  Capabilities of running events for up to 300 people
·  Flexible approach to running events and the ability to meet the clients demands to tight time frames
·  Excellent oral and written communications skills
·  Strong organization and customer service skills
·  Language: Japanese (native level), English (business level), French is a plus.
·  PC skill: (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
