BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE - CHLOE, WOODBURY COMMONS

 

A Chloe Boutique Operations Associate is an ambassador of the maison, in charge of welcoming every guests into the chloe family.

 

They support the Boutique Director in the management of the stock to ensure flawless operations and commercial activities.

 

A CHLOE BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE IS:

 

1. A STOCKROOM AND LOGISTICS LEADER:

· 
Maintain stockroom standard through organization by category directed by Boutique Director/Operations Department.

· 
Maximize stockroom space/floor stock space to ensure merchandise can be easily accessible and identifiable to all employees to maximize sales

· 
Ensures permanent accuracy of stock in store and organized weekly/monthly cycle counts

· 
Ensures stockroom is safe and clean for all employees’ safety

· 
Ensures good reception of deliveries from central warehouse and controls upon reception

· 
Manages and follows up stock transfers between stores or stock sent for commercial activities (consignment, photo shoots, trunk shows, etc.)

· 
Organizes and complete end of season returns assigned by HQ.

2. A TEAM PLAYER

· 
Participates in the morning team briefings and shares important Operational information

· 
Assists on the sales floor when coverage is needed

· 
Helps and Follows up with stock requests from stylists whenever needed

· 
Shares inventory results, consignment issues, shipment issues and all other topics to appropriate departments

· 
Communicates with other stores on best practices and issues they may have encountered

· 
Translates Chloe entrepreneurship, togetherness, excellence, creativity and positive impact

3. AN ADMIN CHAMPION

· 
Is Responsible for the follow up and management of all shipping documents / VAT Documents

· 
Supports the manager to Formalize and update the operating procedures of the boutique (stocks, cash desk, security)

· 
Provides Administrative support to the team in booking couriers, deliveries, transfers

· 
Provides Operations Support for the store regarding supplies order (clients drinks, cleaning products, PPE, packaging…).

· 
Supports the manager to ensure perfect compliance with Richemont Processes.

A CHLOE BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS SALES ASSOCIATE WILL POSSESS:

· 
Previous experience in retail sales and operations

· 
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills are required

· 
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· 
Ability to sit down and stand for extended periods of time

· 
Able to work open availability evenings, weekends and holidays

· 
Ability to life up to 20lb boxes regularly
