The ideal candidate for this role is expected to have a bachelor's degree and/or four to five years of working in management in a fast-paced luxury environment. A Boutique Manager must have the ability to elevate client experience, nurture client relationships and the ability to provide solutions to client’s needs. The role requires prior management experience, the ability to motivate a team and quickly solve sales related issues and provide solutions to clients’ needs.  Strong selling/closing skills, computer skills, and strong communication networking and interpersonal skills are a must. Flexibility to travel as needed.

 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Regional Director, Central Canada Region, you will be responsible for the overall management and enhancement of the Boutique, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales teams, and achieving a sustainable high quality of service. As a Boutique Manager, one must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing VCA values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison.

 

In this role, you will:

 

·  Support and guide the sales team in all aspects of sales, maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor
·  Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and closing sales
·  Support team in developing clients and prospects in the database
·  Develop a sales strategy to increase loyalty and sales volume in the long-term
·  Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating the team
·  Build short and mid-term strategies to attract, covert, and retain new clients
·  Provide and ensure excellent customer service
·  Help the team nurture and elevate the boutique experience to support sales
