HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The BOS Facility & Project Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating Hard Services for the offices & boutiques in the Benelux & Nordics region.
In this role you will ensure consistency and high quality services in line with Richemont standards across the entire portfolio, establishing necessary controls and performance KPIs. You will work closely with technical staff and contractors to deliver projects, LTMP, PPM and other hard services as well as defining procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Offices and Boutiques Operation
·
Ensure high-level maintenance and project execution, arrange contracts and track performance metrics
·
Develop, manage, and track changes on hard services, operational budget and long term plans
·
Propose, define, and implement hard services strategies for offices and boutiques
·
Responsible for the assessment, procurement, and management of hard services related supplies
·
Liaise with landlords and office management on operational matters, including access cards, office keys, maintenance, etc.
·
Develop and manage maintenance strategies, including proposing improvements and initiatives including the digitalisation and implementation of new digital tools
·
Responsible for ordering necessary supplies and equipment, maintaining relationships with service vendors for both office and boutique locations
Digitalization
·
Manage local projects and ensure successful implementation of digitalization and automation initiatives for offices and boutiques
·
Collect and share relevant data with the project team, including Maison-specific needs
·
Oversee communication and change management processes in collaboration with the Maisons
IFM
·
Implement an IFM solution for the hard services across offices and boutiques
·
Manage contracts with the IFM partner to ensure alignment with Richemont standards and requirements
·
Oversee service levels and implement corrective measures as needed
·
Ensure the integration of ServiceNow by the IFM provider
·
Conduct quarterly reviews, including performance and target assessments, and report KPIs to management and the Maisons
Offices and Boutiques projects
·
Oversee the planning and implementation of new office layouts and renovations, including equipment management
·
Supervise the implementation of new office systems, processes, and procedures
·
Engage in boutique projects to anticipate and deliver tailored hard services
Data Management
·
Maintain dashboards and monitor energy use, workplace occupancy, waste management, and archiving systems
·
Analyze and optimize the ServiceNow dashboard, SLAs, and PPM setup
·
Develop stacking plans for offices with a 3-year headcount projection
Sustainability
·
Manage sustainability reporting and certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, and compliance with mandatory legislation like EED and municipal requirements
·

Implement waste management concepts for boutiques and offices, including data monitoring
·
Ensure the adoption of best practices across offices and Maisons to optimize energy consumption and establish energy monitoring systems
Contracts Management Hard Services
·
Oversee contract management for various suppliers related to hard services
·
Monitor SLAs and ensure adherence
·
Conduct tender processes with due diligence
Management and Communication
·
Support and guide external staff assigned to assist the group
·
Collaborate and manage key internal stakeholders effectively
·
Ensure smooth transitions during project go-lives and operations by efficiently supporting the project team
·
Maintain positive communication with suppliers and partners, fostering strong collaboration
·
Create synergies with the Maisons for unified objectives
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Previous experience in Facilities Management (Hard Services)
·
Previous experience with financial tracking and contract management
·
