Assistant Financial Accountant (Fixed Term)

Job description

Richemont – Assistant Financial Accountant

5 Months contract – Ideal start April 2021

 

How will you make an impact? 

·  You will be responsible for certain balance sheet accounts and for producing monthly reconciliations for these
·  You will be responsible for the monthly reporting on wholesale sales
·  You will be responsible for the agreement of intercompany balances monthly
·  You will be responsible for some areas on stock, including transfer between raw materials, WIP and finished goods, provision on stock
·  You will be responsible for the preparation of Intrastat reports, for their submission to the UK authorities and the preparation of VAT return
·  You will be responsible for the Fixed Asset reporting
·  You will liaise with external auditors and preparation of audit deliverables at year-end

 

 

How will you experience success with us?

·  You will possess a degree, ideally you will be in the process of completing your ACCA or CIMA qualification
·  You will already have experience in a similar role
·  You will have a strong understanding of accounting principles
·  You will ideally have knowledge of  SAP
·  You will demonstrate ability to use initiative, to prioritise and to meet deadlines
·  You will be a self-motivated, team player colleague
·  You will be highly numerate, with strong accuracy and an attention to detail
·  You will possess excellent communication skills, that will allow you to effectively work and communicate also with non-finance colleagues
