HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Through innovation, entrepreneurship and passion, the Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager to ensure the effective operation of Australia’s first Roger Dubuis boutique. The ABM will lead by example to maximise sales and inspire the team to drive business performance and ensure extraordinary service that surpasses client expectations.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Achieve business targets, KPI’s and sales in accordance with the brand retail strategy
·  Maintain uncompromising standards of boutique presentation and ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times
·  Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience
·  Build long-term sustainable relationships with new and existing clientele to maximise sales opportunities and promote brand loyalty
·  Assist the Boutique Manager to coach and develop the sales team to ensure consistent performance and high levels of morale

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

·  You will have at least 3 -5 years experience working in a luxury environment at management level
·  Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, high-end hospitality or aviation industries (experience within luxury watches and high-end jewellery industries highly desirable)
·  The team respects you because of your positive mindset and inspiring attitude
·  Together with your exceptional communication and presentation skills, you will thrive under pressure and be able to demonstrate strong operational abilities to the team
·  Growing the business network, client portfolios and opportunities for new client acquisitions

Through this role, you will deepen your knowledge of luxury watchmaking whilst enhancing your expertise in retail operations and people management.

 

 

YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:

·  Firstly, you will speak with HR to get to know YOU and give you a preview of the team dynamics and company culture
·  Subsequently, you will be meeting with the Country Manager to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role. They will also share further responsibilities and opportunities should you be successful in this position
·  Finally, you could have the chance to meet with some of the Maison’s Key Leaders
