We are seeking a dynamic & energetic Assistant Boutique Manager to join the Montblanc team in Selfridges.

Role & responsibilities:

· Development of sales initiatives
· Cash till maintenance and fault reporting
· Proper handling of all customer claims
· Staff organisation, daily motivation of the team
· Personnel planning
· Active participation in the daily sales process
· Further development of customer database
· Inventory management (inc. stock control via automatic replenishment)
· Execution of incentive plans
· Boutique maintenance
· Customer service execution (ASS)
· Organization of private sale activity and service week
· Implementation of decoration guidelines
· All organizational aspects of shop floor

Additional contributions:

· Sales, profit and strategic objective achievement
· Boutique security
· Handling top/VIP customers
· Initiation of corporate gift activities with existing boutique customers
· Execute marketing activities “inside” the boutique
· Analysis of customer traffic
· Provide team with knowledge of marketing and sales monitor
· High price item sales activities
· Ordering of POS material
