We would like to talk to you about the opportunity to ensure with other team members that the accounting of the Head Quarter entities of the Maison Cartier is properly maintained in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the Richemont Group. A scope which will cover a large amount of Cartier’s employees and based on various topics such as T&Es management and PO management.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
· Ensure the daily bookkeeping for the entity
· Support the purchasing order process with various departments, check that Purchase Orders are correctly created and ensure the follow-up of in time processing
· Assist employees for the creation and the modification of vendors in SAP
· Control payable accounts and schedule the invoices payment following their deadlines
· Assist the general ledger accountant on several subjects such as the bookkeeping of Capex invoices, booking of accruals or various reclassification
· Ensure that T&Es (travel & entertainment) are properly justified in accordance with the Maison standards and guidelines
· Prepare and record journal entries
· Support internal clients in the use of accounting applications, and be a key contact point for internal questions (Concur, CFF, bookkeeping)
· Contribute with the team on various cross-functional tasks
· Administrative tasks (management of the accounting email box, treat the reminders)
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
· You hold a Federal certificate of competence (CFC in French) or an equivalent degree with a solid experience of 3 years in the field of accounting and / or fiduciary
· You have a good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO in particular PO - Purchase order management), other IT tools (Microsoft Office) and Excel is a prerequisite
· You speak fluently French and you have a good knowledge of English
· You are recognized for your organization, your rigor and your excellent sense of contact and teamwork.
· You are comfortable managing priorities and stress.
· You are able to work in a team
· You have very strong communication skills and you are able to demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm, curiosity and motivation
