AFTER SALES AMBASSADOR - PANERAI 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES

As an Ambassador of Panerai, he or she will achieve targets directed by Management and strive to develop a seamless after sale experience. He or she will consistently give each client an exceptional experience and build lasting relationships.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Ensure each client receives the highest level of service for their after-sale experience.
·  Clear and timely communication with the client and all partners.
·  Be ready to support partners with ideas and solutions to enhance the client experience.
·  Accurately capture all data pertaining to the client and their experience and ensure that it is entered in the appropriate system.
·  Appropriately resolve any client issues and escalated matters
·  Must have a strong level of communication across multiple channels and with local and global partners.
·  Ability to gather feedback and provide innovative insight to management based off case by case scenarios.
·  Embrace digital tools that enhance the client experience.
·  Extensive knowledge on industry news and any competitive brands.
·  Understand and comply with all policies and procedures.
·  Develop and maintain strong relationships with all relevant RNA partners.

 

JOB PROFILE

Education:

·  College degree preferred

Required Experience:

·  At least 2 years of previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the high luxury industry (jewelry, watches, etc).
·  At least one year working in a after-sale/repair focused role

Technical Skills / Abilities:

·  Team worker
·  Excellent communication skills- Both written and oral
·  Entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good relations with both staff and clients.
·  Strong computer skills (email, MS office).
·  Experience utilizing a CRM system.
·  SAP experience preferred

Personal Skills:

·  Sense of diplomacy: Excellent communication skills and customer service management.
·  Self-motivated, with creative problem solving skills.
·  Excellent language skills in both oral and written English.
·  Willingness to work flexible working hours.
