How will you make an impact? 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Watchfinder as an Administrative Assistant where you will be providing admin support and general assistance to the Legal Department. You will work within a small team, managing your own workload and adapting to the needs of the department. The ideal candidate will have experience of the typing and collating of correspondence to customer complaints and amending documents for prior approval. This role is an FTC Contract for 12 - 15 Months. We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants. 

Some of the typical duties are as follows: 


·  Responding to customer enquiries/complains that have been escalated to the department. 
·  Reviewing commercial leases to provide information when requested 
·  Managing administerial duties relating to problem watches that come to the department, including dealing with counterfeit and stolen watches, chargeback defences and debt recovery. 
·  Managing other support services including but not limited to liaising with internal departments and insurance provisions for events/exhibitions, photoshoots, watch loans and over-limit transits. 


How will you experience success with us? 


·  A creative problem solver, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment 
·  Experience of working within a legal environment is not necessary but, would be helpful. 
·  A willingness and capability to serve client needs and handle client relations at the highest level
·  You have strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining communication to the team
·  Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Packages, MS Excel, MS Word Etc. 
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Due to the current restrictions around Covid-19, it's likely that all interviewing shall be done via Video Call software. For the successful applicant, we are adopting a WFH approach initially, with the possibility of returning to the office two days per week.
