Main Mission


Finance/ Accounts  

Internal Control and Audit Process

·  Provides any documentation requested for testing purpose: statutory audit, internal audit, internal controls etc.
·  Participates in implementation of recommendation if needed
·  Contributes to the formalization or continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and processes.

Accounts Payable Bookings

·  Ensuring the accuracy of vendor ledger bookings and analysis of movement of accounts.
·  Ensuring regulatory compliances on transactions.
·  Effective documentation and record-keeping of all the transactions recorded in accounting system.
·  Ensure effective archival of documents and efficient retrieval.
·  Perform period reconciliation with vendors as per agreed frequency and timelines.
·  Ensure that reconciling items are resolved within stipulated time limits.
·  Lead the implementation of any new projects and processes relating to improvement in vendor payable cycle.

Month-end Reports

·  Provide month-end reports to Head of Accounts relating to inter-company reconciliations, purchase booking, COGS booking, COGS and Stock reconciliation, expense payable, ageing of vendor payables.
·  Provide reports to Head of Accounts for preparation of various taxation related returns.
·  Responsible for preparation of year end and monthly financials for Group and Statutory reporting


·  Assistance in filing monthly GST Returns, Preparation of reconciliations under GST laws
·  Assistance in TDS payment and filing of quarterly TDS returns
·  Assistance in completion Annual GST Audit, Tax Audit and Other Legal Compliances
·  Assistance in preparation of responses to notices issued by various government authorities
·  Collation/ discussion with various internal stakeholders for collation of documents for submission before relevant authorities for assessment
·  Responsible for managing E-Invoicing compliance for retail and wholesale operations
·  Proactively updated himself with regular tax updates and assist company in compliance with applicable new regulations

  Other Requests

·  Assist Head of Accounts in any other business development tasks/ projects as may be required.
·  Capabilities to learn other cross functional work for better professional development and business continuity planning
