We all know that the best way to learn something is to actually do sh*t.
It just so happens that the two current founders of Repairly have been doing sh*t in the startup world for (a combined) 10 years.
We want to share this knowledge with you.
If you can walk into your next interview saying:
"I worked with this startup on my own project that had the goal of achieving W. I did X and we achieved Y whilst learning… Z"
I guarantee, you will blow all of those other people that haven’t actually done sh*t… out of the water.
This is why that during the year of 2018, Repairly will be offerring a grand total of 6 RPG’s (Repairly Growth Projects).
- What is an RGP?
It is a revolution… it is the opposite of a dull internship where you are given tasks that a computer could complete.
It empowers students/interns to come into a high growth startup environment and tackle a single project over the span of weeks/months (depending on the candidate/project) right up until it’s completion.
Working with the two founders and other core members of the team, you will define a project brief, will be left to work autonomously to achieve it’s goal (with the guidance where required).
- Why would I want to do a RGP?
Did you read the start of this job ad?
- Is this a paid position?
- Do I need to be located in London?
To get the best out of your RGP, yes. Though we are open to remote work if the candidate is right for the project.
