Job Description

Skill set (Mandatory) :
Knowledge in Patents lifecycle,
Experience in Patent Analytics such as Patentability search, Invalidity study, Freedom-to-operate search, Landscape study, 
Experience in Patent validation and processing IPO form, 
Experience in inventor’s discussion, 
Expertise in patent search databases such as Orbit, WIPO, EPO etc
Knowledge in automobile sector, majorly on upstream technologies 
Skill set (Optional) :
Experience in Patent Drafting & prosecution
Roles & Responsibilities :
To Independently validate patentability
To guide the inventors to convert ideas to Technical Memo (invention disclosure)
To  perform various searches such as Patentability, invalidity, Freedom-to-operate 
To be proficient Patent search tools and Patent laws 
To actively involve & support in conducting  brainstorming activities & cross functional 
To communicate with stakholders and prepare presentations and tracking (Excel/PPT)
