Job Description

Management : ( Detail in JD)

• Functional or hierarchical responsible of PFIs, CAMIs / Specialists s within its scope (depending on shop and project context).

• He leads all persons contributing to the industrial system that he’s controlling.

• During the industrial phase, he leads the start-up team of his shop (Including, for example, AVES convergence...)

Technical :

1. During Prototype build/Preproduction Analyze the EE failures on Harness, ECU, Software etc and pilot thier resolution.

2. Manage and maintain the ECU HW, SW, Calibration and Configuration for new projects.

3. Train line operators of the plant to perform 1st level EE failure analysis.

4. Create checksheet based on the Vehicle specification, System architecture, Process standard and Validate correct behavior of EE vehicle functions on pre production cars.

5. Manage weekly meeting to report all the EE issues and check countermeasure progress status with EE Stakeholders(Architect, Designers, Project management, VQA, Facility etc)

6. Maintain the vehicle simulation bench - PLan and procure the components, software required for new models.

7. Study the capability of VEP/EOL facility and Coordinate the changes for new models.

Skills Required:

Experience in developing Diagnostic tools

Strong knowledge about vehicle electrical diagnostics and Diag tools(CLIP, Consult, DDT2000, Scaners, CANALYZER)

Strong Knowledge on communication protocols like CAN, K-line, UDS.

Experience in Vehicle/ECU  level Calibration, configuration and Software flashing using diag tools

Experience in Vehicle EE problem solving, Ability to identify design issues is prefered.

Ability to handle test devices/Measuring equipments like DAS, Oscilloscope, CANALYZER, Recorder

Knowledge about CAN message intrepritation(CAN Database)

Experience in HIL testing, Test bench creation, Vehicle simulation bench etc.

Experience in Installation of EOL facilty

Experience in maintaining the EOL server and manage the data flow
