·   Mettre en œuvre le nouveau projet d’assemblage moteur électrique à Cléon
·   Accompagner les Organisateurs d’Exploitation dans les standards industriels
·  Animer les sujets bloquants au démarrage ou à la montée en cadence

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :

·  Piloter et animer des groupes de travail pour atteindre les performances attendues
·  Piloter l’amélioration des postes de travail : ergonomie, Temps de cycle, sécurité, qualité
·  Rédiger les standards industriels
