ALTERNANCE

Finalités de la mission (Objectifs / projets) :

·  Fiabiliser les lignes de bobinage rotor et stator 6AK step2
·  Standardisation et transversalisassion de bonnes pratiques
·  Amélioration continue des indicateurs clés (TRS, qualité, coûts)
·  Digitalisation et automatisation des outils de suivi de performance
·  Conduite de projets d’optimisation des flux et des méthodes opératoires
·  Contribution à la réduction des non-performances (PONC, dérives qualité, arrêts)

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :

·  Mettre en place des actions d’amélioration SQCD
·  Rédiger des FOS
·  Mise à jour des indicateurs QCD
·  Présentation du top 10 QCD

Compétences clés requises :

·  Savoir être
·  Aisance orale
·  Bonne maitrise des outils microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint,..)
·  Capacité à réaliser des analyses
·  Connaissances en amélioration continue / lean
·  Notions en méthodes et process industriels
