Poste et missions / Position Description :
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Renault Trucks Network & Business Development team to assist with various projects for the UK and Ireland dealer networks in particular Retail Strategic Plan ans the Renault Trucks Commercials Site Structure Plan. The overall objective being to achieve optimum Dealer Networks for Renault Trucks in the UK and Ireland.
The ultimate goal is to maximise sustainable Customer Satisfaction supported by strong, sustainable and profitable dealers.
Main Tasks / Responsibilities / Authorities:
- To assist with the review, preparation and completion of the Renault Trucks Retail Strategic Plan (RSP).
- To assist with the review, preparation and completion of the Renault Trucks Commercials Site Structure Plan (SSP)
- To provide support & data analysis with Investment/Divestment initiatives with the Network Development Management team, especially with regard to any RSP action points.
- To assist with the review, development of the Renault Trucks Dealer Operating Standards and Qualitative Standards
- To support with the maintenance of the Renault Trucks Dealer Database, with the objective of keeping all content relevant and up to date
- To assist with the recommended Dealer activities to ensure compliance with the Retail Network Standards. Utilise results to provide feedback, reporting and progress tracking as required.
- To assist with aspects of the Dealer Signage program.
- To assist with the administration and maintenance of Dealer contracts and the Department purchase process
- Work in accordance with Volvo Group UK standards of health, safety, quality and environmental care.
- Any other duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager.
