Service Market Logistics is part of Volvo Group Trucks Operations with Global presence covering Service sales contributing significantly to the Volvo Group’s revenue. The main aspirations of the Organization are to increase services, strengthen the focus on brands, empower locally

- and leverage innovations. GTO Service Market Logistics, APAC Region covers Service Market Business across India, China, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Thailand and Indonesia
Distribution Centre (DC) Singapore Manage Service Market Business supporting all Volvo Group business in the Region including Volvo CE, Volvo Group Trucks, Volvo Bus and Volvo Penta.
Poste et missions:
This position has the responsibility to develop the methodology for operational performance tracking, reporting and supporting management decision making of logistic operations of DC Singapore.
The initial main tasks are to secure and automate the business performance reporting. You will report to the Traffic Operations Manager of DC Singapore. The position holder will also interact strongly with various departments within GTO Service Market Logistics.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Develop Transport Cost Performance & inbound Pipeline Visibility
- Develop Business Reporting Dashboards towards Business Partner (VCE, VO Trucks, UD Trucks (GTA), Penta, Bus)
- Develop intelligence in the backorder recovery process
- Visualise the Supplier Discrepancy Pipeline
- Support the automation of KPI reporting required by APAC management
- To support additional need for business data and analysis as required
Profil:
The successful candidate is a structured person with high self drive and superior problem solving abilities ready to address a wide range of questions and challenges.
- Good understanding of business analysis methodology
- He/she is a strong communicant with good influencing skills, also able to create trustful relations in spite of cultural differences
- Proficiency in the English language is required, other languages are beneficial.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is beneficial.
Qualifications :
- Use of Computer & tools like MS Office & Power Point Presentation.
- Ability in process automation, programming language is a plus
- Strong skills in MS Excel and/or QlickView is a plus
