Job description

The Supply Planner supports the Supply Planners for RBNA and RBDC in maintaining the inventory levels within agreed targets across all warehouses within the US to enable highest possible level of customer satisfaction. This includes assisting in the planning and deploying of all international and domestic sourced finished goods. In addition, the Supply Planner supports the maintenance of master data for planning input in SAP ERP and APO. This includes maintaining master data for permanent locations and SKU’s, but also setting up new locations and SKU’s. Furthermore, the position will work cross-functional in supporting new product launches from an Operations perspective.

·  Supply Planning

Assist in the planning and directing of materials & supply from Europe and US to support domestic demand

Monitor and adjust min/max inventory levels on an ongoing basis to maintain the proper levels of inventory, especially during product transitions (promotional packaging, new items, and discontinued items).

Ensure accuracy of Material Master Data for RBNA (Red Bull North America) and RBDC at all times.

Monitor and adjust min/max inventory levels on an ongoing basis to maintain the proper levels of inventory.

Work closely with the Supply Planning Team, but also Marketing and teams in Austria to ensure a timely product launch of new SKU’s, from planning to execution.

Monitor and report KPI’s.

 

·  Operations

Fulfill the company’s requirements for materials, goods and services delivered in full, on time and efficiently.

Work closely with the various Operations groups to properly manage inventory levels against demand, warehouse capacity and cost.

Support operations related and ad-hoc projects

Support the Supply Planning team in various functions, when resources are needed in case of vacation or absence

Your experience includes:

(proven performance in)

· 
Experience in Supply Chain related roles such as: Supply Planning, Production planning or Inventory deployment is a plus.

· 
High caliber of professional interpersonal skills, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (both oral and written).

· 
Knowledge and experience in Supply planning tools such as SAP / MRP is a plus

· 
Self-motivated team member who can drive resolution to issues with strong problem solving skills.

· 
Understanding of forecasting processes and methodologies.

· 
Strong focus on follow through.

· 
Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skill (Vlookup, Pivot table, Conditional format, etc.).

· 

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field with undergraduate statistical analysis or engineering focus

· 

Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
