Account responsibility for your total regional wholesale & retail account portfolio
- Deliver availability & volume objectives as agreed by NAM
- Implement relevant point of sale reflecting the promotional calendar
- Introduce new lines of Red Bull products as appropriate to retailer
- Achieve specific volume, distribution, share of space and additional placement objectives across customer base, as agreed with NSM
- Complete an analysis of ad-hoc promotions to ensure future developments and improved use of tactical budgets
- To ensure customers do not have "Out Of Stocks" on all Red Bull lines

- Establish effective joint working relationship with key people both internally and externally, including regular reviews with key stake holders
- Optimise all aspects of your contact matrix to drive availability and maximise our perfect store pillars
- Demonstrate the success & added value of joint relationships to expand on an army of advocates
· RETAIL STRATEGY
- Implement retail strategy as agreed with NSM
- Achieve specific availability and perfect store objectives across customer base, as agreed with NSM
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Perfect Store using the relevant data
· MMO
- Manage multiple operating groups in your region dealing with the key decision makers to achieve maximum PSR across their portfolio of stores
- Leverage joint business plans and local terms to achieve PSR objectives

- Managing complexity to ensure excellent communication and reporting are delivered at all times
- Create and manage your own account portfolio to achieve your specific objectives through analysing your individual reports
Desired profile
Your experience includes:

Regional Account Management experience
·
Cross category working knowledge of commercials such as cash margin & POR is essential
·
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
·
Valid UK driving license with minimum 12 months driving experience
